Thank you for shopping with Nancys Cosmetics & Wicks! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened cosmetics or skincare products
- Used candles
- Gift cards
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at [your email address].
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
